Studio Two is a 65m² multi purpose space that was created to cater to both the creative and the more sophisticated client requirements. In this fresh space, we are focusing on providing exceptional experiences for you to interact with your group.

What’s been happening at Focal House.
• Booking for Friday, Saturday, Sunday only
• Maximum 250 pax per booking
• 5pm to 12am (Firm Exit)
• Check-in time from 4pm (for setting up only)
• Furniture/ Lighting - Full use of our furniture & lighting/ projector
• Catering & Drinks are not included BYO Food & Bev - Catering/ Licensed Bar options available upon request
• BYO Sound - DJ/ Musician options available upon request
• Pre + Post-Commercial Clean Included
• We require full payment of 100% 1 month prior to booking.
• 50% of booking amount total is required as a deposit, 25% of the overall booking figure will be non-refundable.
• If a cancellation is to occur within 1 month payment of 50% will be kept and the remaining 50% will be refunded
